When looking at the status bar in the main torrent list, labeled "Done" in the header, the three affected torrents showed 100%. I resumed downloading the 3 at the same time. The two torrents I started most recently finished like normal, while the 3 that I had paused all suffered from this issue when they "completed". The first one completed like normal, and after starting the three next ones, I started two more that had a higher priority to me so I paused the 3 torrents started in the "second batch". Try to run with multiple torrents for higher chance of problems. When torrent reaches 100%, it doesn't complete.
